Alejandra was a great dog walker for our shy dog, Olive. She is very quick to respond and arrived promptly for Olive's walk. She took the time and care to get Olive comfortable at her own pace and really cares about animals and getting to know them in order to meet their needs. Allie is a trustworthy in-home pet sitter for our 2 cats. Allie provides amazing comprehensive, compassionate care- she came for a meet and greet before we left for our trip so the cats could get to know her with us still around so they felt safer, and she not only came prepared with treats, but was willing to spend a lot of patience and time making our skittish-around-strangers cats feel more at ease with toys and a nice gentle introduction to petting at their level and meeting them where they were at emotionally, giving space when needed. Allie clearly knows animals and how to make them comfortable, and she is super reliable with great communication. I also really appreciated her sending me updates and pictures every day with how our boys were doing and warming up to her! I highly recommend Allie as a professional, kind pet caregiver. As first time dog owners, we didn't realize that we needed to arrange exercise for our rescue dog when we all got sick at the same time! Alejandra was wonderful with our pup! He was shy and a bit difficult, but she was patient and kind. She was always on time, and cheaper than other dog walkers on Rover. I was glad to book her directly, so some app doesn't take a percentage! We are sick again and booked more walks. With a kid in kindergarten, we get sick a lot! Not having to worry about the dog's activity needs is worth every penny.
